The best time to Invest is always NOW!
are always good deals available if you know where to look. If you
cannot find properties with positive cashflow where you live, look at

pocket. These days people are looking for secure places to invest and
matter how and where you make your money, investing them in Real Estate
of the safest things you can do, AND - one of the fastest ways to build
wealth and security in practically any market situation. There is
always a good time to buy real estate. There are always deals out
there. You just have to find them.
Many people sit on a lot
equity in their homes that could be put to
good use. Working for money stops when you stop, but if you let money
work for you, it keeps on working whether you do or not. A Line of

$900/mo mortgage payment with positive cash flow, depending on the amount and the rate, your tenants are
paying down your mortgage by approximately $3-400/mo. That's just like
